Started buying into partnerships around 2003, found it's just as exciting to watch a $25,000 claimer cross the finish line first as a horse entered in a G3. Although going to the Preakness was about as heady as it gets! Just love the horses and the people that work around them, a special and unique world. Very concerned about OTTB placement and the responsibility of owners and the industry as a whole to find or provide good homes for horses retired from racing. Also concerned about the backstretch workers who no one gets to the races without, but are rarely given the credit they deserve.
