Russ is a retired senior partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Practice with 39 years of experience in the media, entertainment, sports, communications, and financial services industries. His clients have included The United States Tennis Association, the New York Mets, Woodbine Entertainment, Caymanes Park (Jamaica WI), HBO, HULU, Warner Bros., Verizon, Turner, Fox, and many other well-known brands.
He is a senior advisor to and a co-owner in Taste of Victory
Stables, a national racing syndicate that distinguishes itself by offering
equity-based ownership experiences at share prices under $2,500. Taste of
Victory has proudly brought over 200 new co-owners into the industry. They
currently have an interest in over 20 horses in training, including 2019
Breeders Cup entrant HIT THE ROAD (Juvenile Turf) and 2016 entrant WHAT A VIEW
(The Mile).
Russ’ first race track experience was a 1970’s trip to Brandywine Raceway, not to see the horses, but to get his picture taken with the Stanley Cup during Philadelphia Flyers Night at the Races! From that night on, he was hooked on horses. His license plate is “BYANOSE”. Need we say more?
