Thoroughbred Owners of California Newsletter

Thoroughbred Owners of California (TOC) serves new, veteran and future California Thoroughbred owners. All owners licensed by the California Horse Racing Board (CHRB) are automatically members of the TOC. TOC is the state-mandated owners' organization dedicated to assuring that owners receive strong representation in Thoroughbred racing. We represent owners' interests in business matters with the racing associations, in legislative matters in Sacramento, and administratively before the CHRB. We publish a quarterly newsletter for our membership with track and purse reports and the latest information on issues important to Thoroughbred owners, including medication, legislation, racing surfaces, and purses.
